Dear Sir
Please be inform that we, (specify your company name) executed successfully the works for 4(four) storied Bank Building under
construction & construction of Police Barrak, Boundary Wall etc. for Sonali
Bank Ltd. at Sunamgong against subject mentioned Award number.
Kindly note, all formalities between Sonali
Bank & us concerning hand over and takeover of said project works has made
on December 16, 2016.
Hence as per section 4 Particular condition
of contract, Clause no. GCC 67.2 of bidding document, it said “after 180 days
from the date of completion of the whole works” 50% of the total amount
retained shall be repaid to the contractor.
So, you are requested to release our above
retention money, also your early co-operation in this regard shall be highly
appreciated.
